
Joel H. Yudenfreund works with high-net-worth families to create tailored investment portfolios. In addition, he counsels and assists families in formulating, implementing and improving their wealth plans utilizing his experience in finance, tax, law, accounting and philanthropy.
Joel has been in the wealth management business since January 1999. He previously worked with J.P. Morgan, Citi, U.S. Trust, U.S. Bank and Stifel. From 1987 until he joined the wealth management business, Joel was in the private practice of law with the nationally recognized firms of Withers Bergman and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
Joel received his JD from Boston University School of Law as an Edward Hennessey Scholar and his B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta with High Honors. Joel also attended the State University of New York at Binghamton in connection with obtaining his B.S. from Oneonta. In addition to holding a JD, Joel is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®.
Joel has published numerous articles and has frequently been quoted and interviewed. He is very active in the community and has been honored multiple times for his involvement.
